those shorts.

i went thifting today, and found three jewels. a sweet silk top, leather lime green shorts and leather multicolored shoes. i left without any of them…. now i’m stuck with mixed emotions. should i be sad or glad?

i’ve been hearing a certain term lately: “jorts.”  i don’t know if it’s because it lost momentum before it could reach alabama land or if i’ve had my head in some unladylike place of obliviousness, but i was unfamiliar.  after a quick google, i found that they are, in fact, just jean + shorts = jorts.  had no idea.  

boyfriend shorts.  i’m wondering if i can recycle some of my brother’s pants from when he was younger for this.  either way, i’m getting my hands on them and making them my official spring/summer wardrobe staple.
